Make health and wellness a lifestyle everyday!
Think about the times when you are feeling healthy and how life can be so fun. If you make health and good dietary habits a lifestyle you will never go back. I have known many people over the years who were battling chronic illnesses and degenerative diseases. Nothing in life really mattered to them other than getting their health back.
When we take a drug every time we have a pain or feel sick, we are simply trying to remedy the symptom and not the underlying cause. Our infatuation with antibiotics and other drugs has created some very significant health problems.
Conventional medicine has been slow to recognize the powerful healing abilities of the human body through the healing foods that nature supplied us with. I see progress in this mindset however, as many conventional doctors are incorporating natural therapies into their practices.

He has competed in sports his entire life to include competitive wrestling, gymnastics, track and field, football, baseball, softball, and powerlifting. He has received his Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition with high honors and then went on to receive his PhD with high honors. His dissertation was on celiac disease and the autoimmune connection with systemic lupus erythematosus and fibromyalgia.
