I started working with Rick Thomas after my second diagnosis with breast cancer in May of 2012. After the second diagnosis it became quite clear that my lifestyle would need to change for the long-haul. I was introduced to Rick through a mutual friend. Our first appointment lasted 4 hours and 15 pages of notes. I was very impressed. My background is as a practicing Chiropractor with a minor in nutrition. My first thought after this first meeting with Rick was “why didn’t I meet him after my first cancer?” Rick knows everything there is to know on preventing cancer and post-cancer nutrition. He is very, very dedicated to what he does. I believe if his teaching’s are integrated into every person’s health choices, cancer would be extinguished in our country.
